Dolvett was born in Stamford, Connecticut, and began his fitness career with a mission to help people change their lives through discipline and self-belief. Over the years, he has worked with top athletes, celebrities, and everyday individuals—motivating them to reach their peak physical and mental performance.

On his journey to become a master trainer, Dolvett has completed extensive certifications in personal training, nutrition, and body transformation. His training philosophy focuses on strength, endurance, and consistency — pushing every client to go beyond limits and achieve lasting results.

On his quest to become a better coach, Dolvett has attended numerous advanced training programs to expand his expertise in strength conditioning, endurance, and body transformation. He has developed a deep passion for performance-based fitness and continues to refine his methods through ongoing education and hands-on experience with athletes and clients worldwide.
